Our client said: Found it helpful discussing ways to reduce stress. Breathing technique is great. Great course & well delivered. Discussing triggers & remedies together was a useful way of knowing how everyone feels similar & how people make themselves feel better. The course is a useful tool to remind us of the benefits of good mental health. I actually feel more positive already!
